Shawarma

Shawarma (شاورما) is a kebab-like sandwich made from shaved beef, lamb, chicken or other meats with eastern breads (such as Pita), salad & special sauce.
Shawerma is popular all over the Middle East, and is often sold as a fast food from street vendors or in restaraunt chains.
